Nokia 3600 Question

Hi, I'm Steve. I was wandering how to play vocal ringtones on my 3600. I know it's possible and i know i need a ringtone converter but don't know where to go to get one. And when i get one don't know what to do with it from there. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?????
