S66 CSD Connection Failure problem

Everytime I try to download ringtones or games or anything when it goes to connect I get this error. I get the same error when I try to sign on aim also...I just bought this phone yesterday and its my first cell phone so I'm not very familiar with them, I don't know if I didn't set something up that I was suppossed to or not, or maybe if I just have a crappy signal. Any help would be appreciated.
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum or if this question has been answered before.

i don't know if this is allowed or not but im bumping this back up...no one knows why i get this error or any way i can fix it?
