You need to set up your blackberry on BWC or a BES if you haven't already (you didn't provide too much info in that first post--so if you've already done this post back with some more info).

if you're using BWC logon to your provider's BWC email page and send yourself the WebClient service book again. or call your provider (Rogers? Cing?)'s helpdesk they can send one down for you. (over the air)

if you're using BES you can either
1) plug in your BB to the PC's USB, and run encryption key generation (Redirector, Security settings, manually generate an encryption key) or

2) if you're a 4.0 handset user you can use the remote activation icon (it looks like a compass) but you'll need a logon ID and a password from your BES admin. Don't bother calling RIM they would just tell you to call your BES admin.
