I have the same problem, I install everything I thought that was going to be needed, but nothing seems to work.. I will try this link tonight to see if it works when I get home..

Hi John I have 2 CD One is the drivers and the other is full of picture and ringtone. All I need is the software. I guess it can be set on a server somewhere for you.
Can we trade each other?
