Looking to switch carriers and i like the phone but definitely need speakerphone.. Is it worth it? I am in NY... Phone is nice and small. I really dont care for all the other options just like the slider... Let me know what you think...

It's a good little phone. It does have speakerphone but it's really only usable in quiet environments.

If you go to T-Mo check out the SL65. It has a much louder speaker than the SL55/56.
