6800 and IM

I bought a 6800 from T-Mobile and I've had it unlocked and flashed but when I use my Rogers settings I can't log onto Yahoo through the IM menu. When I try to log in I get the message 'This number is not in service'. I can use Yahoo from within the WAP browser at GoRogers and I can sign out of Yahoo and onto the phone through the internet and get a message telling me that I've been logged in, but even then I still can't access Yahoo through the IM menu. Roger's doesn't know and neither does Nokia. They just say that Rogers doesn't support that function and they don't know what settings I'd use. I haven't been back to the States to try my T-Mobile setting, but they worked before I had the phone flashed. Anyone got the answer?
