Clearing SCP-4900? Help!

I've tried resetting to it factory settings (Settings - Security - Reset) but I still can't get rid of the user name. I'm not familiar with Sprint/Sanyo phones at all. I am trying to sell these on ebay. On some of the phones I can still access the internet, and I think I might even be able to make calls on em but I'm afraid it might start charging the previous owner. Any way to clear this thing completely?

Any help would be appreciated!

If its deactivated by the previous owner, and you have activated it, you will NOT be able to use the other person's user name. All in the same if you have not yet activated it. Otherwise, to your question, all you need to do is call Sprint and ask them (IF you are going to use Vision) to update your Vision, or, again, so long as you have Vision, you can do it in the Settings, Vision, Update. That will then resend the info to your phone to rewrite all info. It will take several minutes, but that should do ya. Hope that helps.....

I just had them sent back a few hours ago to the company that they came from. It turns out they were not deactivated and I could still place calls with some of them. They're gonna take care of it now. Thank you for your information though as I may find it useful in the future.
