I finally called back today and got someone that was willing to send me the SMT5600 in place of the MPX, but I want to stay with my MPX. Its already on its way to moto (charge port went bad) so I hope to God it will be back within a reasonable time....wish me luck. Give up on the MPX through XBM, its not gonna happen. Check the thread about the free headset for compensation, and get them to send you the SMT, they CAN do it, don't let them tell you otherwise. Tell them you refuse to hang up until the problem is fixed, but be calm and cool about it. good luck man ![]() |
