Verizon 8900 problems..need help!

Ok, when I first got my phone about a year ago, I came to these forums and fixxed my phone up exactly as I wanted it using the 8900 data cable off of ebay, bitpim and brewsky 8900. I had removed my banner (flashing one on the outside and verizon banner on inside), had a bunch of uploaded ringtones, and had the free WAP all set up. Now today I went and replaced my old phone since it started having lcd problems with the exact same phone.

And now here's my problem: I've got the free WAP setup thanks to the forums, but when I connect my phone to the data cable and hit the [/] on the filesystem tab to setup brew mode I get a popup window saying "com4: could not open port: (2,'CreateFile','The system cannot find the file specified.')" I completely forgot how I setup my previous phone and was hoping someone could help me out. I've been searching through these forums for the past 2 hours and have found nothing but frustration. The sooner I kill those verizon banners and upload my ringtones the happier I'll be. Thanks!

I thank you for that link but I already went there and I couldn't find anything on there to help me out. Any other ideas?

Are there any ## codes that need to be changed?

Oh, I noticed this code isn't on that site. But try ##7678 <END>.

Then change the diag setting to Null Port and data setting to RS232C.

Hope this works. It's been a while since I messed with bitpim.
