Can someone point me in the right direction as to where I can buy an OEM Sony Ericsson P900 housing...my current one is pretty marked up and I am ready to change it out.

I believe that the P910 OEM housing will also fit your phone if you desire the new colors of the P910.

no it won't, keypad wiring is different and the 'guts' don't fit the same mountings inside.
