has anyone changed from Palm Treo600 to Blackberry 7290? I am interested to know if there is a possibility to migrate with all my data, agenda, etc. to my new Blackberry.

As long as you sync your Treo with Outlook, you should have no problem migrating contacts/to do/calendar/memo to your BB.
