Can anyone tell me how to upgrade from 9 to 10? I need it to be able to sync & play video clips - it will not work with Media Player 9.

my understanding is that windows will not let you upgrade your wmp 9 to 10...it has to be preloaded on your device...unless someone out there knows of a way to work around this....there are other players out there that will allow you to view video files....realplayer is one you just have to convert your files to .rm format....there are also free ones out there i use this one called beta player...reads video files fine....just do a google search for them....gl.....

there are many upgrades and many possibilities for our phones, wmp10 is the least of the upgrades, so have fun and dont forget to back up your info before you do anything crazy... happy hacking
