Hi. I have an audiovox 5600 and I would love to try this app out. I downloaded it to my pc and phone. It is listed in the Activesync configuration, but even when I check the box to enable it, it will not enable and won't work. Ugh. I feel so stupid for not being able to figure this out. Any help!??? I'm desperate!!!!

Many times with these programs, you must disconnect your phone and reconnect it to get the plugin to work. If that doesn't work, while the phone is disconnected, go into the options and check the SmartPhoneNotes. If it's already checked, uncheck it, click ok, go back into options, recheck it, and click ok, and then connect your phone. If that also doesn't work, reboot both your phone and the computer and try it then,.

Eli: Thanks for your advice. I could only get the smartphonenotes to appear on the active sync screen enabled, but the minute I plugged in the phone to sync, it disappeared again. Ugh. Thanks any way for your help, if you think of anything else, feel free to let me know. I appreciate it.

I have this program and must say that it is an essential part of my overall smartphone experience. (Why MS omitted it from the native Sp applications I have no idea).

I would suggest simply emailing syncdata - when I had problems installing (reconnecting and/or rebooting always helped) I emailed them and they replied within hours (mind you that they're in Italy).

Don't give up on this program yet - you'll be happy with it once it's up and running.
