Sanyo pm8200 Landline Dock

I have dishnetwork and they require a phone line to be pluged in or they charge you a monthly "no phone line fee". We dont have a landline phone, only use cell phones. Is there an adapter or dock I can use my Sanyo pm8200 cell phone with that can have a regular phone plug on the end to plug into my Dishnetwork reciver? Thanks for anyhelp.
