Posted by: gjkiii

90028 zip code:

99.99 after mail in rebate

Posted by: Jankhomie

its showing up for 90623

Posted by: tommyd1990

Here in Michigan it is back on for 129.99 w/ 2yr service (zip 48312).

Odd thing is, go to Nokiausa.com and you can by the phone through them with Cingular service for 19.99 after rebates.

Posted by: chonga

hmmm i tried all of those zip codes and it didnt come up

Posted by: krazythaiguy

Yup, back on for seattle. I just ordered one through nbo for 124.99.

It wasn't on mine either until I cleared the cookies in my browser. It then gives me the new style phone list. However the next time I go back to the list it reverts back to the old style. Seems to be a bug in the Cingular Web Site, imagine that.

Posted by: chonga

yeah its definately not showing up
could someone post a link to it??

I'm more interested whether this is the E.N.S. model or did Cingular give up waiting and reintroduce the original 6230?

The web site is mum on this point.

Thanx!

I called Cingular's sales number and the over-caffeinated kid on the other end told me that it is not the 6230 ENS but he also said some other things that killed my confidence in what he said.

I am resorting to alternate channels.

still nothing in the Orlando, FL area.

According to a rep at the old AT&T Wireless 611 number, the Nokia 6230 on the Cingular web site is the Enhanced Network Selection model, although that doesn't appear to be the big deal that I thought it was.

If true, that explains why the 6230 disappeared from the web site for a few weeks and is now back.

So there.

From another thread:

"On the box look for the sku 63627. This is the ENS version. If you buy 63371 it is the old phone. It really doesn't make a difference."

I just purchased the Nokia 6230 at a local store in Southern California. $99 without any rebates whatsoever. I love it!

I just ordered a Nokia 6230 from amazon.com and they're paying me $80 to buy it off of them. The rebates that accomplish this are available only to new Cingular customers. If you're currently an AT&T or Cingular customer, it's tough luck, Charlie.

I used that money to get a bluetooth headset and spare battery.
