has anybody used FutureDial's SnapSync with their 8940?

I absolutely cannot find any other program that will allow me to swap phonebook entries to and from the PC, and this program claims it can do so. here is the link:
http://store.accessorygeeks.com/fdsnpsyau8900.html

does this mean the 8940 is compatible with the 8900? if anyone has used this program or knows of a program that will allow me to edit phonebook entries please please let me know, i've been searching all day.
