Its been a bad day...I dropped my P800 getting out of my car and the screen broke. Does anyone know how difficult it is to change the lcd and where I might find a replacement lcd?

You need to give it to a service center to repair it. Dont know how much it will cost you though. It happened to my P800, P900 and not so long ago P910i. Was carrying it in my back pocket and sat on it.

Here it costs about $450 with installation so no point in doing it.

The P800 LCD runs about $125-160 on eBay, and installation is rather quick on that particular phone. With self installation, you run a slight risk of ripping the jog dial connector. If you need assistance, please contact me and I will run you thru the installation procedure to the best of my ability. The procedure is slightly different for the P900/P910 series, but again, not too difficult.
