I've inbstalled the documents program that's on the cd so I can use word and excel documents. But I don't get any option to send an attachment. it only asks me if I want to send it through Verichat, MMS, or Bluetooth? Also, when I receive an attachment I have to choose to specifically download it after I get the mail, I tried going to preferences > sync settins > attachments...but attachments isn't checked and it won't let me check it? the max attachment box and only certain types of file are selected though? Thanks for the responses in advance!!! Overall, I love my Treo 650 so far though!!!

Your grammar hurts my brain...

To send attachments you need to open VersaMail, select New, and click on the attachments icon.

You can't set VersaMail to automatically download attachments for a few reasons:

-Most users do not have UL data (in theory, 1 attachment could use up my entire monthly data allotment.

-If there was a large attachment on an Email it would appear to freeze your Treo (esspeccially if you were in a non-EDGE area) and you would probably reset your Treo while it was getting it.

-There is no point in wasting your Data, your Time & your Memory on junkmail attachments.

It may be a minor hassle for you to click on the attachment icon to download the ones you want, but I deffinetely prefer it this way.
