trying to sync t650 contacts

For the life of me i just cant get the **** contacts off my phone. I have tried everything. Tried switching from outlook, to palm desktop... the freaking contacts just wont get off. The files and software do, and it backs up the contacts into the backup file but i cant get them to the computer to edit. No errors, they just dont appear. Any help!?
