Background Image on 5600

Has anyone ever taken a picture off their pc and put it as the background? If so does it fill the screen, and what size image does it have to be? Thanks!

I made one that is the size of the screen, 176x220 pixels.
I just sized down one of my own photos to the size. I then added some blank grey area to the top of it so that it fits nicely on the lower secion and the date and time sit nicely on the grey area on the top of it.
