Cheapest way to get a treo 650 if I'm already a Cingular customer?

Hi all, I got my phone with Cingular back in November (mpx220) and I’m not able to upgrade (get upgrade prices) until August of 2006. A new Treo 650 is $550 at Cingular, but if you are a new customer or upgrading you can get a couple hundred knocked off with rebates here and there. Is there a way I can get one cheaper somewhere, or should I just keep watching Ebay? and is there anything I should look out for on what not to get or to get? By that I mean – I have a Motorola mpx220 and I know what firmware not to get and so on, is it the same way with a Treo 650? Are they good phoes as well as PDA's? Or should I stick with my Mpx220 or Audiovox SMT 5600? Thanks
