How would I go about transferring all the data from Palm Desktop to a PocketPC Desktop. I might be making a migration so I would like to be informed before I do.

Joel,
The Pocket PC platform differs the Palm platform in this sense. The Palm devices come with their own desktop application (the Palm Desktop.) Pocket PC devices do not. Pocket PC devices (being a Microsoft based OS) use Microsoft Outlook as their desktop client. Outlook is almost always included on the Active Sync CD ROM which comes with the PPC device.
That being said the best way for you to make the transfer would be as follows:
1. Sync your Palm to your Palm desktop.
2. Uninstall the Palm desktop.
3. Reinstall the Palm sync software this time chosing the "I want to sync with MS Outlook" option.
4. Sync your Palm with Outlook.*
5. Uninstall the Palm sync software.
6. Install Active Sync.
7. Sync your PPC with Outlook.
Then all you PIM data (contacts, calendar, notes and tasks) would be sent to your PPC from Outlook.
*Assuming you have Outlook already installed on your PC.
