I am not big on wall papers so I attached the solid color background that I use most often, I created it in Paintbrush

thanks for this little pict.. get my pair of glasses to see details

it gives an idea. panasonic looks better than Motorola ones... however, he's a little bigger !

OK, so it will be easier to put a few pix on a single sheet, here is some pictures I took of things while I was at the Mall xmas shopping on Sat.

OK, so I had not yet drank my second cup of coffee and was suffering withdrawel and the excitement of being the first to have one at work. Next time I will consider taking pics for a formal review.

I just took somemore. Glare was a real issue taking the picture of the V60 display. I imagine that it is difficult to see in direct sunlight as well. In reality, I probably should have turned on my desk lamp and covered it with a piece of paper to soften the glare, but it should give an idea as the V60 cost as much as the GD87 does when it first came out a few months ago. Heck I saw it for near $300 with contract recently at the AT&T store.

These pics actually look pretty good for being taken indoors in ambient light, especially the Christmas shopping ones. lost_rebel I noticed you have the OEM version of the GD87 with no branding by Vodaphone or anyone. Where did you get yours ?

Hey lost_rebel, if you get a chance, please post pictures taken outdoors. Thanks.

More to the point, I am suprised that no one noticed that I was taking pictures of one GD87 with another
I was anticipating the release of this mobile and when they released a friend of mine in Asia asked me if I wanted one, it would cost about $650, so I bought two...almost $1500 by the time all was said and done but well worth it. One for me and one for the wife.

I go to work in the dark and come home in the dark, but I will try and get out for lunch tomorrow and take some pictures, if it ever quits raining here in the deep south.

looking forward for the pic.....

i'm still waitind for my GD87 delivery...
Oh ! compared to V66, GD87 is a little taller but... the aerial is smaller. It will make a difference compared to my ex-T100 (a.k.a special viagra aerial !)

Model No EB-GD87
FCC ID NWJ10A008A
Assembled in Czech Repulic from Japanese and other components

Posted by: [MDS]

and this is the unbranded ver? weird, i thought VODA ones were made in Czech Republic, and the unbranded ones were made in Peking? (china).... thanx for the info....

Posted by: lost_rebel

I did not do anything, I just typed what I read on the back

Posted by: [MDS]

i have no doubt that you did... its just good to know that... cause it was written here somewhere that the unbranded ones (assuming gd88 for china) were made in china... so did you get yours from hk like you said??? for just 650... hmmm not bad...congratulations.

P.S. what did it come with? 2 batts? a cd?

Posted by: lost_rebel

I never said Hong Kong, All I said was my friend lives in Asia, and to be honest, I do not know how they got the mobiles. Sorry, I never ask questions that I do not want an answer to!
