check ebay. i have found a few usb cables there for around 5 to 10 dollars.

I haven't seen a datacable sell for less than $20+shipping on eBay in the past couple weeks.
I called Cell-Phone-Accessories and apparently they are waiting on the shipment of the $15 cable indefinitely.

This cable will supposedly work. It's $29.95 from Susteen.

The Susteen DataPilot cable and included software, work well with the KX2.
Also the programs, KWPST and QPST, work with the Susteen data cable.

On saturday i bought a data cable for 5 cents. And with the shipping charges it came out to be exactly $9.99. When you do it E-bay

Jammaster, did you have to do anything special to get QPST to work? I have the Susteen cable, and KPD and KWPST work fine for me. For some reason QPST (v2.7 b91) and BitPim (v0.7.33) don't recognise the phone.
Thanks, Mike

Nevermind.

If anyone else has this problem, I got QPST to work by setting my phone settings->accessories->Com Port Speed to 115.2 kbps, and using device manager to set the com port to the matching speed (115200 bps.)

I got BitPim to work after matching Com port speeds by running GAGIN first.
