Help with a crashing Siemens SX 66

I have and love a Siemens SX 66.

Every so often, though, it just starts crashing. Sometimes its a hard crash (just goes into a hard reset for no apparent reason); other times its a soft crash (repeated soft resets with no warning, and for no apparent reason). This morning, I had about 8 soft crashes. A couple of months ago, I had a hard crash.

I have tried to figure out whether it is software; I run a lot of stuff. The big ones are Journal Bar, Pocket Plus, and Agenda Fusion. I've eliminated some third party software and moved others to run from the ROM thinking this might help. I have 55 Mg of open active memory right now, so I don't think that's it.

After awhile it quits; then it will work fine for several weeks or months. But it has happened probably 6x in 6 months.

Anybody else had this problem? Any suggestions on what it might be or how to fix it?
