I have a sanyo 8200PM sprint phone. Well the only way i can silence it is to go into settings and change everything ...which is sometimes a pain. Is there anyother way to do this? Also when im in a voice call im not allowed to make picture or sms and send them. Is there a way to be able to do thise things or no? On my old verizon phone you could send sms messages while you were in a voice call. Anyone know anything about this phone? Or know if its possible to change a setting or something. Thanks in advance for your help.

To silence a ringer the "fast way", flip open your phone, look on the left side of the phone for a "rocker" button... its the same button you would use for the volume in a voice call..... Just make sure that you are not doing anything with the phone (i.e. using calculator, calendar, vision, etc.) and you can press the down arrow on the rocker button and you will see on the screen the volume. Continue to press it all the way down to silent. Same thing to return to the volume you once had, except with the up arrow instead. Simple stuff those Sanyo's. As for the pic/sms while on a voice convo, no. Not possible with this Sanyo phone (or rather most Sanyos).
