Is it possible to screen certain numbers or when you screen calls, all the numbers trying to reach you will be screened? Can anyone shed any light on this situation?

explain what you mean by screening.

To me "screening" is a terminology to describe the situation where people wait for their answering machine to pickup and the person to start talking so they can see who it is.

In other words people too cheap to get caller ID.

I don't know of any cell phones these days that doesn't have caller id so....

There is call forwarding, where if a certain person calls, you set it up to forward to another line.

That can be done on specific phones. I dunno about yours...

Most (if not all) Sanyos have the Screen Call feature. Basically....letting the "answering machine" (the phone) answer the call. The phone will then instruct the caller to leave a message (which you can listen in on); if you want to talk to the person, just press talk.............if you don't, just let it go.

You can set how long before the phone answers the call, as well. The messages that are left are in the Voice Memo section of the phone.
