no where the mpx 220 is discontinued so the only way is buying a used one from here (hofo) ebay or off of a guy.

My MPx220 works just fine and i love it. i have 1.43 cingular but i never had speaker issues with .342 even so its a good phone. You can still get it from places like amazon and other phone retail sites.

from what I have heard the mpx220 is not discontinued, but just backordered. There are several online retailers that have them in stock, just cingular and some of the larger retailers are out of stock. Also, the new firmware seems to fix all of the problems, I have the older Euro firmware and have had zero problems, and my speaker is just as loud as my old SE's
