I have an inno a11 and im having trouble putting mp3s on to my phone but i already installed pc sync.When i push connect it says check phone connection.How do i fix this?

you don't need PC sync to add mp3's to the phone. Assuming you are using the usb cable, just plug it into the phone and the computer and the phone should ask you if you want to act as a mass storage device, say yes, then all you have to do is drag and drop

the computer doesn't ask, the phone does. When you plug the cable into the phone and computer, what does the phone say?

yes.on the cable is Inno 2X00(if needed)

well then I'm lost, when I had mine all I did was attach the cable and the phone asked if I wanted to use it as a mass storage
