How to connect to the web with T3 and a Razr

Hi-
I'm new here so forgive me if this has been addressed. I have a Palm T3 and would like to use it to connect to the web via my new Moto Razr (I'm on Cingular in NYC, BTW).
I have "paired" the two successfully (I can dial the phone with the T3), but when I try to make the GPRS connection it goes nowhere. I've been to several sites and tried several setups which people have assured me worked for them but I've had no luck making it happen. I've also been derided for buying the phone, blah blah blah, told it can't be done, etc.. Being rather stubborn, I don't accept any of this nonsense but I must admit I'm (for the moment) stumped.
Has anyone here accomplished this impossible feat, and if so, might you be willing to share?

Try Here as this post helped me get my V3 to E2 to let me browse online via cingular pay per use plan.
