5600 Usb Ringer To Phone Help Please

i have a 5600 and i was wondering how do i put ringers and wallpapers on my phone NOT MY MINI SD through the usb. my computer doesnt pick up the phone but it does pick up the mini sd when i open the program usb connection on my phone. thanks in advance
