P910a Network Failure Cingular

I have had this phone a while now and just started using a Plantronics M3000 bluetooth headset. It may be just a coincidence but since I started using it, I get this "network faillure" every time I try to make a call or every other time I try to make a call and calls go straight to voice mail.

I'm in Houston, TX and Cingular has no clue what's going on, no problems in the area.

if switching off and turning back on doesn't help, try using another phone. might be that they're swamped, or u have a defective fone.
