Having live demos of phones is a must. Customers should be able to demo the phones prior to buying. This should be a feature in ALL stores with ALL handsets. It's like going to the supermarket and asking to buy a piece of fish and never looking at the fish. Or trying to buy some bananas in a closed box, not knowing whether or not it's ripe. Cingular is a big company with a lot of insurance. They can handle it ![]() |
