How to Sync Hotmail folders from Outlook 2003?

Hi yall
I just installed Outlook 2003 and set up one pop, one imap, and 2 hotmail accounts. When I sync with Mpx220, only the main 'Personal Folders' folder and its subfolders containing only my POP emails are sent to my phone. Is there a way to get my hotmail folders to also sync with my phone during an activesync session?
