Mobiluck Premium Users

I recently installed and purchased the Premium Key for Mobiluck V2.02 to use with my MPX-220.
Since the purchase, the program has reverted back to the Trial version of the program ... meaning you are unable to access certain feature without a Premium Activation Key. Each time this problem occurs I notice that the Order Number has changed from the previous.
I contacted Mobiluck.com the first time this problem occured and they sent me a new download link with a second Premium Activation Key. Worked flawlessly until this weekend. Same problem occured, creating a new Order Number which requires a new Premium Activation Key.
Has anyone else experienced this problem with Mobiluck and MPX-220?
