Best deal on Nokia 6230 with New activation?

My apologies if this has been asked and answered already but I just signed up for Cingular Nation 450 w/ a Nokia 6230 on Amazon. After rebates it totals out to ~ $80 cash back with a 2 yr. agreement. I figured I would just pay the ETF if I ever wanted to cancel.

Is it possible to get an equal or better deal elsewhere w/ a 1 yr. and if not how much more should I expect to pay?

Thanks in advance.

You won't get a deal like that on a 1 year contract.

I got my 6230 for about $50 with tax and free shipping on a new 2 year plan... also got the 3220 for free for my GF as well with a FTNAT PP. If you're gonna get a 1 year, look at paying around $80 or so for the phone plus tax.

One thing I forgot to add is that if you activate through someone else (Amazon, InPhonic, LetsTalk, etc...) and you cancel within the first 6 months ( I think it's about that time), they charge an additional ETF on top of what Cingular will charge you. Ask them for details what the ETF is.

On my phone, I also got the same rebates for $80 cash back, but I didn't go through Amazon. Just be careful what you agree to and ask them every question you can think of.

I just got a 6230 with a 1 year contract from LetsTalk.com for 119.99 + tax minus a 30.00 mail in rebate.

After you pick your plan and phone, go to your shopping cart...
