I am looking for the best phone for low signal areas

My order of what is most important is as follows:

Sensitivity or ability to work with low signal areas

Good Audio

Ability to sync with outlook contacts

Bluetooth

the ability to use the phone to connect for internet access for my PC or PDA would be nice

A camera is totally useless to me

PDA functions would be nice so I wouldn't need to carry 2 devices but I have a HP4705 PDA

Both the Nokia 6230 and 6620 are great choice...the 6620 will give PDA-like features though....
