But I dont know hwo to instal it. I ran the wizard and installed the files but then on the insrtuctions it says go to control panel then system to check the serial port number assigned by windows then selct a proper COM for your software.

well, go to Control panel >> Phone and Modem Options >> then click on the Modem tab >> then locate your phone and see where it's located. =D
umm, btw, what program are you using to access your mobile?

well i unintsled and now the wizard sitne ven finding the driver that i need!
Ive emailed the company but no response yet
If anyone knows where i can get the driver for a V620 tell me, please!

Thanks Darkone, but...
Ive already got this on the cd i got with it.
The instalation guide says thta you should select search for best device when the wizard comes up. I do that but ti finds nothing. Ive even went to search a specific location as the guide tells you the drivers name, SER9PL.INF but it finds nothing!
Also what exactly does the thing you sent me do?

Im just using the wizard that opens up when u try to instal any devide that goes in the USB
