Hey.

My contract with Cingular is up and I've decided to stay with them and upgrade my phone. I live in Michigan and I will be traveling to South Carolina soon. If I find that stores (Cingular, Best Buy. etc.) have a better deal than here, is it possible to upgrade my phone in another state?

Nope, because you are out of market there. You cant do anything with your account out of market. This will be corrected soon, hopefully.
