I looked on the Cingular site and supposedly their 6230 only comes with battery and charger, no headset or earbuds or headphones or anything!

I'm wanting to do a pop-port to 3.5mm mod but would obviously like to save the trouble and money of buying HDS-3 online.

Has anyone ordered 6230 from Cingular that can confirm this?

I'm going to guess no. Cingular is notorious for stripping their phones down to bare-basics in terms of what comes in the box.

I ordered my service from LetsTalk.com and my phone only came with the charger, batter, and handset.

Historically they have not provided headsets with mobiles. Gotta keep the money churning in from accessory sales
