i just bought a mororola v551 from cingular. ive been trying to use the web browser and it keeps telling me that network is not found. i need help in setting up the network. can anybody help me?

call customer service (611 from your phone) and have them reprovision the internet.

Do as ben1120 says....but also note that GPRS has been really spotty the last few days in many places of the country (integration issues, supposedly).

thanks you guys. i called cungular and they told me that the GPRS is down right now in my area and that it would be back up tommorow morning or the day after. thanks again
