PM325 screensaver size

I made a screensaver (image) 128x160 and there is a white bar that appears at the bottom of the screen. What am I doing wrong? What file format is best?

to the best of my kowledge there is nothing you can do about it. its a defect in the phone. the built in wallpapers work fine but any pictures or upload exhibits this white bar and I have NO IDEA why.
when you preview the image you CAN SEE that the bottom missing portion of the image IS THERE and IS intact.
yet when used as a screensaver it is missing and you can see that the last line of the image that IS visible is distorted ???
its really really annoying :-)

I think the size is 130 x 150
