There might be programs that can do what you want but then wouldn't you end up paying for these programs anyways? I guess you can search and may be find some freebies.

Even though I have both Aero and Pocket Tunes installed on my card, it is just there. I don't really use them that much. For people who just need an app to play MP3 as Ringtone, RingoPro gets it done without paying for another app which might not be needed.
