Forgive me if this has been covered, but I did search but could not find what I needed.
I just got my v635, and I'd like to change a few things like I did on my v600.- Raise the earpiece volume a bit
- Get rid of those overly loud beeps when you press the external buttons
- Make the Calendar start with Sunday
- Get rid of the icon next to the signal strength for GPRS or whatever
- Show me the actual network I'm on, not just "Cingular" or "Cingular Extend"
- Engineering menu would be nice too
However, I can't seem to access the phone with p2ktools. I installed all the drivers, but they just show up with yellow !'s in device manager and I can't get any further than that. My phone did not come with any Motorola software either. I CAN access the memory on the phone and move pics/ringtones around through windows, but that's it.
EDIT: Nevermind... got that working!
And while I'm asking, I haven't searched in the carrier forums yet, but if someone could point me to the browser setup so I can use it with my Cingular service... I'd appreciate it.
EDIT: Nevermind... found that.
So I guess I just need to find the right seem edits for the changes I'd like to make.
TIA!
BTW, the metal stubby antenna I bought from someone here on HoFo for my v600 works great on the v635 too!

It's the same exact edits as your V600.
