Help on Changing Splash Screen

I have a Motorola V710 and for the life of me, I can't get that splash screen when you first turn it on to change. I can make my own mp3's and change my own ring tones and managed to change everything else I wanted, but that Hellomoto ugly splash screen is still there.

Can anyone help with how I can remove that splash?
