So i'm at work last night and this guy comes in asking if we have a live 650 in the store. I tell him no but I have my personal one that i'll let him see. While i'm letting him see it it starts pouring out and I had my windows cracked open, so I tell him i'll be back in one second and tell this girl I was working with to keep an eye on him cause he had my phone. So I come back in from outside and the first thing out of my mouth "wheres the guy with my 650?" no body knows. The ******* left with it AND my cou sim AND a 1GB SD card AND a screen protector. I was so pissed. Called cops, they took forever to come and told me I am s.o.l. cause the cameras in our store didn't get a good shot of him. So now I have to order a new cou sim and buy a new 650. I am still pissed but I bought my new 650 and had an extra sim so I put it on my cou line, as for my SD card i'm still looking for a good deal

Man I am sorry to hear that...I don't let NOBODY touch my phone...I don't care if its jesus christ...but now you know you can trust know one...I hope you can find another one at a good price.

Gosh darn that sucks big time. I would never let anyone use my phone if I did not know them even for a second. Just paranoid I guess,

Good luck getting a new Treo, they are really nice.

I went to another store last night and bought another. It was no big deal, just pissed about having to reload everything on the new treo. **** customers

I think it should be store policy to take a clear picture or their driver's license when letting customers handle live phones.

too many people complain then- although i agree! i work in retail and everything, we used to have a policy where you had to initial on our receipt and your receipt when you got cash back on debit because people would come back and claim they never got it.... people went CRAZY about it though
