V500 GPRS settings with fido

Hey! Just bought Motorola V500 Unlocked and try to go on the internet but GPRS settings are not configured for fido. I did put fido settings but got this error message: "Data server not available". Do I need to flash/flex my V500 to be compatible with fido GPRS or just got the wrong settings? 
Any help would be appreciate! Thanks!

Everything works fine! Fido sent me the config but I have told them I had a V400 cause V500 is not supported by fido.

You have to call FIDO and tell them to send you a file containing the internet settings directly to your cellphone. Don't forget to tell them that you have a v400 cause they won't support you if you have a v500. Good luck!
