Please help my...Boot Loader 08.23 from MotoX

Hi.
I have to load bootloader_80_23 from www.motox.us
When my RAZR V3 was in flesh mode and now a have on screen of my phone.
Boot Loader
08.23
SW Version:
R374_G_0E.40.9
CR

OK to Program USB
Transfer Mode

But if any thing a do with SmartMoto it’s giving me
PST_STRING: Error sending RAM download for boot loader.

Can you help my, PLEASE.
