so i just got my data cable from:
here

and i installed the disc with drivers and it said everything was ok

and i've gone through many tutorials, and got bitpim and everything, and I just cant upload anything to the phone. i am only able to take pictures off and load them onto my pc.

the best luck ive had with uploading is getting a game on there, but it went under applications, and when i tried loading it, it froze at the java game screen.
ive tried wallpapers and ringtones, and i tried the tutorials at http://www.vox8910.ca.tt/

is there some certain ports i need to open? what do i need to do, im going nuts trying to figure this thing out!

and here's a pic of what my bitpim offers me with my phone

also, when i goto either edit>phone info or edit>detect phone, it can't recognize a phone or provide any information

wow, did you have a good dealing with AccStation? they've screwed my order up twice... and I'll never buy from them agian...

second, it would help to know what carrier your on... your probably follwing the wrong set of directions...

Get the older Bitpim .7 test 6: http://sourceforge.net/project/show...?group_id=75211

Power your phone on, leave it unconnected from the cable, and type ##7678 and then the END key. You will get a list of USB options. Choose USB DIAG and hit Okay. Make sure you CLOSE the flip before before plugging the phone in. If you turn off your phone you WILL have to repeat this step. You can now plug in the phone.
