How to open sound settings...Can`t be opened

I have ROM 3.46 same problem i had with roms 0.343/1.25/1.03(1.3)/1.39/1.43/3.45asian and now with 3.46.

When i try to open sound setings There popups this windows (See attached)with mesage: This settings could not be opened.

Dont say do hard resset ..Done ten times. Sometime after hard reset you can open this setings but once or twice and then always this popup is back with :This setings could not be opened.

It was that in all roms i tried.Is there way to fix that ???

My phone shows wrong time always

from last year nowember when i bought it)

I tried to use time sync this new up but i dont know or its not working corectly or syncs US or UK or other time.I need BALTIC time zone.

have you tried to software unlock it , go to surealnetwork and download the software unlocker

If i launch checklock it shows your phone is not locked.

dude i had the same problem. drove me nuts.

i backed up my phone with sprite backup, and did a hard reset. and reloaded my backup. and it seems to be working ok now.
